DYNAMIC WARMUP: 20min

 

STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY WORKOUT: 30min

CONDITIONING: 20min

 

COOLDOWN: 20min

Speed, Strength & Conditioning 'Mini Camp Sessions'

 

Practice Dates: February 20 - March 22  

Practice Times/ Days: Saturdays 10:30am- 12pm & Sundays 4pm-5:30. 

Age: 7-18

Cost: $15 per day session

           $25 per weekend/2Day

Additional one time fee: includes 1 Camp T-Shirt-$10

* Session must be paid in full prior to attending  workout

* Refunds only available with a documented medical excuse or for
cancelled scheduled workout
